What is the estimated wait time for the order?

We always aim to ship packages within two business days. Once shipped, delivery time for parcels sent via InPost is 1-3 days (Poland only), and for postal service, it’s up to 3 days (Poland) or up to 6 days (Rest of the World).

I haven’t received an email with my concert ticket. What’s going on?

Yes, we are creating a list of people who have purchased tickets for the concert. When you arrive, all you need to do is provide your name, and no QR code or physical ticket is required.
